Salmon Macaroni Bake

 Ingredients
1 family-size container Stouffer's mac & cheese
1 can (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken with herbs soup, undiluted
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
3 (6 ounce) cans skinless boneless salmon, drained
1 diced onion or to taste (I used frozen SweetPict seasoning blend that has onion, bell peppers, etc.)
Panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, cubed

Instructions
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to microwave directions. Spoon into a large bowl. Stir in the soup, Ro-Tel, salmon, and onion. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter.

2.Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
