Instructions
Mix in:
One large finely chopped onion
Several cloves of pressed garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup and mustard
Salt
1 cup dark molasses
Pour in 2 bottles (or cans) of light beer
Stir and place in 350* oven

This will take several hours but the smell you would pay for. Every hour or so check the moisture level. At this point you can use water if beans are looking a little dry...By five hours the beans have caramelized. Take them from oven. Place a couple more strips of bacon on top and pour in a cup of Brandy. Return to oven until bacon looks cooked. Remove and eat hot, eat cold, eat on toast for breakfast. It's like candy and no other beans you've ever tasted.
