6 (8-inch) tortillas
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

Spoon fruit filling evely down center of each tortilla; sprinkle evenly with cinnamon. Roll up and place seam side down into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bring butter, sugar, brown sugar and water to boil in medium saucepan; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Pour over enchiladas. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake @ 350* for 20 minutes.
